Included is: Furnished bedroom with bed/ dresser/ lounge chair/ (New bed, less than a year old, bedding/ pillows also available) Internet, cable, all utilities, off street parking can be arranged Washer/ Dryer Pet friendly is a *must* as we have a 13 yr. old well-behaved cat but, not welcoming more pets as our cat would not be happy with that.
