| Hello, I am in search for a female roommate to move into a two bedroom apartment I am currently renting. Will be available on sept 1st! Located on Campbell avenue, very close to multiple bus stop which are on route to MUN, CNA, the village mall and more. Walkable distance to amenities such as Sobeys, dollarama etc. Also a 5 minute drive to memorial University! Rent would be $450/month each, POU+wifi. There is in unit laundry and a dishwasher. Parking available for one smaller car. I am a 20 year old female who will be going into my 3rd year at memorial university this fall. I am a very quiet and clean individual who does not party or smoke. I am looking for someone who is similar and does not party at the apartment or smoke as well!
