| Hi, my name is Roxy and I am looking for mature Tenants to share a 4 bedroom house over the winter season. There are 4 rooms in total, all different in size & price. Shared spaces would be the Living room and Kitchen. You can check out my website to see ALL 4 rooms and the Full House. Room 1: is the smallest with a Twin bed & desk / chair and has it's own private bathroom Room 2: is the next size up. A little bigger with a Twin bed, closet, dresser, & desk/ chair with a shared bathroom. Room 3: is bigger again with 2 beds ( 1 queen & 1 single ), closet, dresser & desk / chair, TV with a shared bathroom Room 4: is the Suite and very spacious with 2 beds ( 1 queen & 1 single ) with a Hugh private En suite with Jacuzzi tub & shower. 2 dressers / closet, kitchenette , dining table / chairs / couch / TV / full size fridge and an awesome view.
