| We are letting our beloved small home in the Battery over the winter, from November 5 until May. We are looking for a tenant who will care for the home as if it was her/his/their own. The home is best suited for a single person or a loving couple. It is fully furnished, but the kitchen (as part of the open-concept living space) lacks a full-size range. There is a washer but no dryer. Utilities are not included in the rent, but the home is well insulated and easy to heat. If you are interested please tell us a bit about yourself.
