| Subletting my room from November 28th to Jan 7 (possibility of being extended till January 10th or so), comes furnished with table, chair and mini wardrobe as well. There is also a closet to hang your clothes. It will be 530 per month plus utilities. 400 dollar security deposit. Internet will 33.50 a month and the electricity bill will be shared among you and 2 other people. It is close to bus routes to avalon and MUN merely a 2 min walk, a 3 min walk, close to amenities such as Colemans and Sobeys.
