| Hello! We are an older couple looking to rent to a SINGLE, quiet, working professional or traveler, female, as sometimes my husband is not here. It would be great for a travel nurse! * This is a short-term rental: nightly, weekly (monthly depending on our availability) * This is a 2 room space upstairs in our home. A bedroom and a living area including: - Furnished - Air conditioned - Bedding/towels provided - Coffee, tea, continental breakfast provided - Shared bathroom and kitchen - BBQ, outdoor deck, chairs, yard - Workspace and microwave - Workout equipment available - Meals available upon request (small fee) - Close to amenities, restaurants, attractions and Halifax/airport - Park, ball field, picnic tables and walking trail across the street Please no: overnight guests, smoking in home, pets. (We have a small friendly dog but he's afraid of other dogs). Please email me any questions or to check availability. Nightly is 50.00, but weekly or monthly (if available) are discounted.
