| Short term because I am moving out on September 30th. It’s quiet here no parties or drugs. You can smoke outside on the balcony only. New bed frame and foam mattress bought off Amazon. Includes all utilities and shared use of the common areas and bathroom. No parking spot but I’m on a major bus route. One occupant only no couples and no pets. |
