| Starting October 5th or October 15th Furnished room with private bathroom with your own living area in basement for rent in Cole Harbour area (Dartmouth) for $1200 inclusive of internet and all utilities. -Female preferred, a little bit about myself, female working professional in my early 30 -Non smoking inside of house and looking for someone value the privacy of each other -Single occupancy preferred, two people accommodated can be discussed -Looking for a quiet and clean student/working person who is going to fit in and respect the very cleanly kept common spaces. We will alternate the various chores. -Shared Laundry in the basement. Shared kitchen located in upstairs of the house if needed -Absolutely no parties, no drug, no pets, non smoker -The damage deposit will be half the rent at $600 and must be paid to secure the room. Deposit is refunded on the day you move out provided there is no damage. -There's a bus stop a minute away from the house.
