| From September to April 30, we are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our fixed term lease. Our reason for moving is that we have purchased a new home. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex unit. A cozy and warm house in a good area of Dartmouth, with good access to public transit, schools and shops. Small families, non-smokers, no pets and good credit will be considered. The rent is $1,695 witho ututilities. Electricity, water, and heating oil on average 300-350 per month. You will need to fill out a rental application and be approved by the landlord after viewing the unit. |
