| A private room in a house with a king sized bed, closet, dresser, and desk with mirror will be available for rent beginning on February 1st,2025. It is in Dartmouth and is within walking distance to bus routes 10 and 320 that connects to other points in HRM. The house is to be shared with myself and another family member of mine. You will share the bathroom, kitchen, entrance, and washer and dryer in the basement. This rental is suitable for a mature clean individual who is between the ages of 20-24 and either a student going to a registered college or university or a working class person. Smoking, Vaping, Drugs, and Alcohol of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBIDED and this rule will be enforced and monitored. No pets are allowed to stay on my property due to an allergy in my family member in the house.
