The second one is empty and the renter is free to do what they want with it! An office, hobby room, green room, their own living room etc. Rent is $1200. Oil will be split in winter. Kitchen and main floor to be shared. Renter also has use of: washer and dryer, plenty of extra storage if needed, large outdoor deck, street parking (driveway when needed but may require shuffling of vehicles), and very easy bus access to the Bridge Terminal, Mic Mac Mall, and Dartmouth Crossing. Please note: -only professional, quiet, non-smoker applicants will be considered. Meet and greets required prior to signing a month to month lease. -I have a hypoallergenic cat. |
