Includes the following - all utilities - high speed wifi - parking for one properly maintained vehicl - use of laundry facilities - kitchen is furnished with all pots/pans/little luxuries you may need for cooking This is a clean, tidy home and you would be added to our cleaning schedule to keep it this way. We each vacuum and deep clean washroom weekly. We have 2cats and won’t be accepting other animals. |
