| Join my two bed one bath apartment located in Fairview. Your portion would be $900 monthly, everything included. The apartment is east facing so you get plenty of beautiful morning sunshine! Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included in the apartment. There are two storage closets outside the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a big wall closet. The building has an accessible entrance and elevator but the apartment isn't (no handlebars in washroom and tub). This is a non-smoking space, but I love my candles and incense. There are many independent grocers around and a couple 24/7 gas stations. Many buses pass by and you'd be a 15min walk to the mumford terminal. Two sweet cats share this space with me, so no more pets. I'm a pastry cook, you'll often find the kitchen smelling of tasty treats ✨ The vibe of the apartment is quiet resting place where yummy food is served. I'm welcoming of guests and happy to host people. Looking for one queer person to share the space with one other non-binary femme~ |
