In this house, you will have access to: * A room (14x14, two windows & a large closet) * Another smaller room for gym or sth * A shared bathroom, kitchen, etc * Off-street and street parking space * Laundry room * Storage space for bikes and more * Heat and water included. The rest is extra (~$70) This place is ideal for a mature student/young professional who enjoys living in a nice and quiet neighborhood. You can jog around the area, visit nearby parks, check out the weekly farmers market, etc. This house has many windows so you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sunlight. All grocery stores, convenience stores, or shoppers are within a 10-minute walking distance. Buses are convenient in this area too: 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 24, and 90 bus stops close by. Those buses take you nearly everywhere. You will be living with one roommate. I'm a PhD student at Dalhousie. I mostly work from home and occasionally have friends stopping by. I'm easygoing and love outdoor activities (i.e., hiking, camping, scuba diving, etc). I like keeping the house clean, but I understand that life can get busy.
