| Hey, We are two guy friends looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse conveniently located in the Clayton Park area starting December 1st. You will have your own private unfurnished room upstairs, with a heat pump and large closet. Living area, Bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is a shared full bath upstairs and a half bath on the main level. There is a heat pump on the main level as well! There is an in unit washer and dryer! We are lucky to have a small private backyard with a bus stop within 2 mins walking distance on routes 3 & 4. Bus routes can take you to either SMU or Dal. MSVU is within walking distance. We are in walking distance to amenities such as Superstore, Shoppers, Sobeys, Bulk barn, Giant tiger and many fast food restaurants. We also are walking distance to gyms as well. There is parking spot available for cost of $50 per month. This is a pet friendly home with an 10 month old cat. Rent is $950 a month plus utilities. Damage deposit of $475 required.
