Each flat/studio is private and has its own kitchen, bathroom(s), bed(s), etc. This is a quiet building and the landlord lives on the premises. * Restrictions * - No pets (includes visitors) - No smoking inside the house - No loud parties, out of control garbage or disrespectful behaviour.
