We have " One Bedroom Available " at our Homestay (on the Upper Level) Available Jun 15th (Possibly sooner) in West End Halifax. For ONE full-time student. If the ad is up, it's still available. Please read the ad carefully. About the Location: We are located on a very quiet street in the heart of Halifax, at walking distance to the main Mumford Road Bus Terminal. You are 20 minutes from downtown, St. Mary's University or Dalhousie University by bus. You are close to the Halifax Shopping Centre, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and many other major stores and very close to a great little park. What’s Included: - A private fully furnished room - with desk, bed, dresser, lamp, and large closet - Shared bathroom - Laundry facilities are available - High-speed Wi-Fi (Top Tier Plan) - 3 meals a day - Air Conditioning on both upper and lower levels of the house / Heated in Winter Things to note: - Must be a “Full-time student “, who likes to study in a quiet environment - We want a Non-Smoking Student only - Parking is not available in wintertime - Rent is $900.00 per month ( Due the 1st of every month ) - No Pets allowed - This room is for 1 person only, not a couple We are looking for a long-term student, who enjoys laughter and wants to share in a great Canadian family home life. You will practice your English here. We can offer you help when you need it. We currently have students from India & South Korea (graduates from Dalhousie) and have previously had students from Germany, Vietnam, and China as well (excellent references are available upon request).
