Lease Term: Available from January 2025, specific move-in date is negotiable. You can rent either the bedroom or the living room separately. Roommate Situation: My roommate is quiet, pays rent on time, and keeps the place clean. Room Features: The bedroom comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, chairs, nightstand, desk lamp, and tableware. If needed, I can leave everything behind for you, so you won’t have to worry about moving furniture. The living room is spacious, around 20 square meters, with windows that open for good ventilation and natural light. The room is clean and pest-free, and I’ve had it treated for pests professionally. Building Amenities: The building has a meeting room and a gym. Property management and maintenance are responsive. The building hosts events during holidays, and the residents are friendly and well-behaved. Transportation: Bus stop right outside the building with multiple routes connecting to Dalhousie University, shopping centers, and other locations. 10-minute walk to Dalhousie University, 3 minutes by bus. 15-minute walk to Saint Mary’s University (SMU), 5 minutes by bus.
