Unique living opportunity for career musicians and music students. We have 2 bedrooms available, or the 2 rooms combine into a small basement apartment if you would like to have both. Full commercial grade studio on site, with many high end mics and preamps, balanced rooms, vocal booth, equipped rehearsal space with drums/amps/PA, very flexible hours for use.
