| I am looking for a female (mid to late 30s) to share a 3-bedroom condo with. You will be sharing with two other females both in their mid twenties. The condo is located in Clayton Park minutes from the Mount Saint Vincent University. The room is small, so it would be ideal for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff. It is furnished with a Queen size bed, 3 chest drawer, a small closet, and a night stand. The desk in the photo was removed to allow for more space. The rent includes everything (water, heat, power, internet, and laundry). If you require a parking spot, it will be an additional $40 a month. The condo is minutes away from Sobeys, Shoppers, Dollarama, TD, Goodlife, Tim Hortons etc. There are a number of bus route just down the street. A little bit about the people you will be living with: They are both clean and quiet. You can do as you please in your room; the keep the kitchen and washroom need to be kept clean at all times. If you're comfortable with hair all over the floor/tub, dishes in the sink for days, this is NOT the place for you. The girls clean up after themselves, and take turns on the weekend to do a more thorough cleaning. This is non negotiable, so if you know you're comfortable with a dirty house, again this is not the place for you. Again, I am looking for someone who is clean and quiet. This is not a party house, so if you're into frequent or large gatherings, this is not the place for you. Graduate student or working professional preferred. No pets, please.
