| Large bedroom available for quiet female in basement of my family home in lovely Clayton Park neighborhood. Available for August. No couples. Room will look different than current picture as currently my daughters share the room but move out in August. One side will be furnished with bed, dresser, night stand and lamp. Other side sofa, tv stand, chair and rug and food cupboard and mini fridge. Tenant has entire basement and access to all of the house. Rent $725/month. Damage deposit $362.50 If ad is up, room remains available. Rent includes all utilities- hot water, electricity, access to laundry, wifi, and heat. 1.5 bathrooms in house. All bathrooms very clean and shared. Another female tenant (room upstairs), 16yr old daughter and myself living in home. Two cats in house.
