We have three bedrooms available in a spacious house, with the following rental options: - Room 1: $975 per month - Room 2: $975 per month - Room 3 (a large room that can accommodate two queen-size beds): $1,350 per month Alternatively, you can rent the entire house for $3,200 per month. This house is conveniently located within walking distance to Saint Mary's University, Dalhousie University, parks, grocery stores, downtown bars and restaurants, and hospitals. The house has 2.5 stories with a half bath on the main floor and a full bath on the top floor, where the bedrooms are located. It features a large backyard, a spacious kitchen with two refrigerators (one is new), a large washer and dryer, and a living room with hardwood flooring.
