| Renting 2 bedrooms of a 3 bedroom furnished or partially furnished newer home located beside Mount St. Vincent University with easy bus access to downtown. Beautiful ocean views. You would have your own full bathroom and run of the house. This is a partially shared rental situation but when I’m home, I have everything I need set up in my bedroom and would use the main level bathroom so it would be like I’m living with you when I’m not home. 1-2 car parking spaces available pending size of vehicles. Some storage available in garage. A dog permitted and there is a fenced off area in the yard. . A/C (heat pumps), washer/dryer, water, NS power, internet all included. I retire mid February 2025 so will be traveling out of country and won’t be back until July and August approx and will keep the 3rd bedroom for myself to have a place when I need to return ( likely Xmas as well). Rent is 2K/month and 1K damage deposit. Looking for right fit. |
