The SoHo is a highly sought after luxury apartment building with rare availability right now in the heart of downtown Halifax. Corner of South and Hollis Street. The unit is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, you will be signing onto a separate part of the lease with myself as your roommate! It is 1 year. You will have to apply to the building and sign on to your own year long lease. You will have your total own private quarters. I have my own bedroom/my own bathroom but do work from home in the living area during the days because my room is not large enough for an office. You will have a large bedroom, with a grand window that has park/harbourfront views, your own large en-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. The living room/kitchen/laundry will be shared with me. The living room is furnished with a couch, TV/tv stand and shelving plus some extra appliances and others. Bedroom is unfurnished. You will need bedroom furniture and your own kitchen stuff, otherwise all is good! I do have a lot of plants but feel free to add to the greenery in here :) My current roommate is moving and I’m simply looking for someone to sign on their side of the lease for when it renews in October. Both of our leases will be separate and managed by the superintendents of the building.
