| Please read ad details before messaging with questions. ☺️ Private large bedroom with walk in closet and frosted privacy french doors. This room has recently been built in a newer home, so everything is fresh and ready to go! Fully furnished with a double bed, large dresser, bookshelves, large desk and chair, as well as a love seat, curtains, and cozy carpet. The details: -Available May 1st-end of August. -Included (wifi, heat, water, electricity, etc). -Access to laundry. -Shower and bathroom access, which is the same room as the laundry room on the main floor. Our family has our own bathrooms upstairs, but we use the main bathroom daytime sometimes during homeschooling and for laundry. -Access to the rec room downstairs, right outside your bedroom. We use the rec room daytime, but not usually in the evenings. -The bedroom is located downstairs and the main bedrooms are two floors above this on the third floor, with the bathroom/laundry/shower and kitchen being on the second floor. -Large windows facing the backyard. -The bedroom is sound dampened with insulation, so it's fairly quiet down there. -We are usually upstairs between 7-8pm and the basement and main floors are pretty quiet for you in the evenings. -Access to the backyard and trails/walking galore! -Bus right outside the front door basically. It takes about 40ish mins to get downtown, give or take. -10 minute walk to groceries, fast food, etc. -Street parking available -Entrance would be at the back door. -Kitchenette area with fridge, sink, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven We're looking for: -A quiet female in college or university or professional. -No smoking. -Clean and tidy. -No friends over as we have kiddos here ..we homeschool so are home a lot. -Someone who prefers to be in a family setting as we are a vibrant, young family of five kids and pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs). |
