| Looking to do a lease takeover as quickly as possible for my 1 bedroom apartment located at 15 Supreme Court (Boss Plaza 3) Rent is $1882 and includes heat, hot water, internet, and 1 underground parking space. There is also an outdoor parking lot available for extra cars/visitors. Electricity is extra, and usually about $85/month. Only reason for leaving is I took a new job. I absolutely love this place. My unit also has a city facing balcony from the 8th if a you're looking for a view. No issues with the complimentary internet. I work from home as an Engineer using high band widths, and it still works great. The apartment has gorgeous marble countertops, "anti-slam" kitchen cupboards/drawers, all new stainless steal appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer), and great storage space There is a heat pump that is also an AC for the summer. Cat friendly, but unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
