| Hello! I am looking for someone to take over one bedroom in this two bedroom suite in the Kearney Lake area. The current occupant is moving out at the end of the month for another job. I am a single woman in her 30s with a full-time job that allows me to work from home, albeit at night, as well as an online content creator on the side. I maintain a respectful boundary and do my best to make sure my work doesn't disturb other people. I am looking for a roommate who keeps common areas relatively clean, is timely with rent payments, and respects LGBTQ rights. I would prefer another woman as a roommate, but I am willing to entertain all interested parties. The asking price for half the costs of the suite is $1150 per month. This covers heat, hot water, power and Fibre OP Internet. I have use of the assigned parking space, but am able to inquire about getting a second for the suite. It is equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and I have a microwave and other appliances in the kitchen. It is a pet-friendly building with cats and small dogs living in other suites. I am able to answer any questions or concerns via Kijiji or text, and I am available to show the unit or meet in person to make sure we are compatible for the living situation. |
