| We are looking for a responsible female to rent a room (Short or long-term) in a newly built and furnished two-bedroom apartment, to move in by January 1, 2025. It is in a nice and easily accessible location in Herring Cove, South of Downtown Halifax and less than three minutes walk from the bus stop. It is a single occupancy furnished room with chair and desk, 6 x 4 sized bed and mattress, with heath pump/air conditioner. The apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings and a private bathroom with laundry ensuite. The living area is furnished with a sofa and smart TV where you can relax in when you feel like. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you need. We will make fridge and freezer space for you so you can stock your own food. Rent includes WiFi, heating, and water and electricity. You will be sharing the common spaces with a professional working couple. You are responsible to clean up after yourself. Rent is $1,200 a month (all bills inclusive) Move in date: January 1, 2025 |
