Room for rent for the month of June, with the possibility of flexible dates on either end. We are looking for someone who is friendly, social, and tidy. If you are new to or visiting Halifax, we would be glad to give you some tips and show you around. About the place: This is a spacious and bright two bedroom, two story apartment. We are renting out our fully furnished guest bedroom. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared. We like to keep our home tidy and would expect that you keep the shared spaces clean. We ask that no pork be brought into the house. About us: We are a married couple in our 40s. One of us is from NB and the other from the Middle East. In June one of us will be traveling so we decided it would be a good opportunity to have a short-term roommate. You will be sharing the space with a man. About the neighbourhood: The apartment is in a prime location in the north end of Halifax, close to lots of local shops. On Agricola Street, close to Café Lara. Walk score: 97 Transit score: 71 Bike score: 95 (we have a bike that you can borrow) Parking: Street parking No hard drugs. No smoking inside. We don’t have any pets, but cats are welcome. $600, everything included (power, high speed internet & laundry) If you are seriously interested, please reach out and tell us a bit about yourself.
