| Hi! We are looking for a third roommate for our cute apartment. We are currently two female university students so we are looking for a female roommate too! The location is super convenient. It’s five minutes away to SMU in bus (like a 10 min walk) and five in car to DAL. We are extremely close to Sobeys and Atlantic Superstore, which makes it super convenient. There are bus stops very close too, including the ones for 29, 10 and 4. All amenities are covered, you will just need to pay for wifi. If you have a car, you can ask for a parking lot under request. Our apartment is pet friendly as cats are admitted. It’s a very cute and cozy basement apartment. If you are interested please send a message! Lease starts on January 1st and will end by the end of April. Your room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is completely furnished so you wouldn’t have to worry about that (we have microwave, coffee machine, rice pot, air frier, vacuum, etc). Did I also mention we have washing and drying in the unit? You will not have to pay for that either! We are looking forward to reading your messages :) |
