I prefer someone in their mid 20s early 30s and works full time This is a two bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. It is a two story apartment (bedrooms upstairs). There is laundry in the unit as well as a walk-in closet to share. Wifi is $43 each. Power can vary depending on the season. Around $200 every 2 months that we split.
