| Hello! Looking for a responsible roommate to share this downtown Halifax South End flat for November 1st. Just a few minutes from downtown grocery stores and the waterfront. The apartment is all included plus free in-unit laundry and WiFi. We also have a full sized dishwasher and fridge. Your share of the rent would be $1,150 and you would get your own parking space behind the house. You would have a large loft room with two big closets and big windows. We would share the livingroom/dinning area, kitchen, and bathroom. Looking for someone who tidies up after themself. I dont have any pets but we are allowed to have cats. If you have cats that could be really lovely! I work full-time from home and like having privacy and space. In my spare time I like to craft, and visit friends pretty frequently. I moved to the city to go to NSCAD and graduated several years ago. I'm in my early 30s and I also really like hiking. I'm vegetarian but don't mind if you eat meat!
