| Looking for a sublet to rent my room in a 2 bedroom apartment from April 5-September 1 (some flexibility with dates). Roommate is a male nursing student in the LGBTQ2S+ community with two very gently cats. Rent is $900/month including water, utilities, and wifi. The room will come furnished with bed, desk, bedside table, and full sized mirror. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine, air fryer, and microwave. Laundry is available on the same floor for ease of access. Apartment is in a great location- bus stop right out front, close to Spring Garden, and a 10min walk from SMU or Dalhousie campus.
