| A large furnished room in a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent from May 2024 to Aug 31, 2024. There is a possibility to extend the lease after Aug 2024. The room features a queen-sized bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, and spacious closet. It is a well-maintained unit situated in the west end of Halifax, just a 20-minute walk from the main Dalhousie campus. Within a 1 to 5-minute walk, you can access bus stops for routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9a&b, and 24. Nearby amenities include grocery stores and the Halifax shopping center. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The laundry is in the building and is operated by coin. Heat, hot water, and internet are included in the rent, but power is extra. I’m a female postgraduate student at Dalhousie and looking for a mature female student or a professional who values personal privacy. I care a lot about cleanliness and expect my roommate to be a good fit. No shoes at home, at all. The building is not pet-friendly, I’m sorry.
