Renting a room out in my 2 bedroom apartment. Utilities included. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop #9, 24 and 127 in rush hour sobeys 8 minutes and no frills 20 minutes walk. Male student preferred. Must be tidy, respectful and clear up after yourself. A lesbian couple lives here with 2 cats.. No guest allowed. Single occupant only No loud music must be quiet
