One bedroom is big enough to make it its own little ecosystem, and the other is a very normal sized room that comfortably fits a Queen bed and a desk/dresser. Tenants will have full access to the whole house, besides of course, the master suite. I’ll be living in another province until June, but popping in every few months for a week or two and there will be the (very) occasional family member staying for a weekend. The rooms for rent are on the lower level, but it’s bright and airy with 10 foot ceilings in a walkout basement. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac in an extremely quiet neighborhood with only 1 next door neighbour, and there are hiking and mountain biking trails as a backyard. It’s a great space for someone with a vehicle who is looking for a quiet place to live for the winter and spring. |
