| We are seeking a mature, quiet, responsible, trustworthy, & respectful person or couple who would like to rent our house for a period of six months, starting from Dec 1 2024 to June 1 2025. It could be a wonderful sanctuary for a personal retreat. The house is very exotic, fully furnished, comfortable, surrounded by 1 1/2 acres of private forest, sunrise–facing, and with two large balconies (1st and 2nd floor) overlooking the ocean. It is only 20 minutes away from Halifax (12 km from the Armdale Rotary), by Sheehan Cove (between Herring Cove and Halibut Bay). It includes two new wood stoves (one in the basement, and one on the first floor, in the living room). We are looking for environment friendly, scent free, non-smoking, and pet-free people. One of the house's three bedrooms will be used for our storage. The electricity bill is not included, but we are leaving around one chord of fire wood. If you are interested or know of somebody who may be, please contact us. We will take initially resume so write about yourself and who you are intending to rent the house with. 2100$ per month includes WIFI and snow removal but not electricity.
