| Hubbards Cove Short Term Rental OCEAN FRONT ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT HUBBARDS COVE $ 1,500 monthly. This includes all utilities inside the premises. There is an additional charge for AC to charge an EV car. Available from Feb. 25 2024 to May 31, 2024. This is a one bedroom ground floor apartment in a beautiful setting right on Hubbards Cove, the ocean is less than thirty feet from the door. There is a private beach and a waterfront deck used only by our family and our tenants. The apartment is especially suitable for one quiet person. We are centrally located in the village; it‘s a half hour commute to Halifax. Amenities include hot water baseboard heating, heat pump, AC, electricity, water, Bell Fibre Op high speed cable, TV, Netflix, Prime, Roku, DVD player, electric fireplace, washing machine, and parking. The kitchen has a fridge, full stove, microwave and slow cooker. Two indoor clotheslines and two drying racks are provided in the rental. A shared dryer is located upstairs in the premises of the owner. All seasonal outside maintenance and snow clearance is looked after by owners. A damage deposit of $500.00 is required in advance to secure the apartment. The first month’s rent ( or $50 per night if it is not a full month ) will be due on your first day of occupation. Rent will thereafter be due on the first of every month, payable by cash, cheque or e-transfer. The last possible night of occupation is May 31 2024. Additional information: This apartment is non-smoking but smoking is allowed outside. We do not accept any pets. We are firm on this policy. While the apartment is, as formerly stated, most suitable for one person, it can work for a couple. Parking is provided for two small cars. If renters have two large vehicles, during a snow storm one of those vehicles might have to be parked up at the end of our lane beside the main road until snow clearing on our property has been completed.
