| We are a family home the home is old but rural we do live in the home as well, looking for male preferred over 50. REFERENCE MUST BE PROVIDED NO DEPOSIT NO CONTACT OR LEASE BUT WE DO HAVE BOUNDARIES THAT WE HAVE IN PLACE ITS A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS 750$ Everything is included must love cats most of the house is used but some are not so please respect our wishes this is our home. We have no laundry services here but we do have an excellent laundromat not far where we live, this is rural you do need a car for transport we have no bus service, we have two driveways. Viewing is by appointment only and terms of boundaries will be explained on the day of interview. The room that is shared by another male is working so please be respectful. Only serious applications please, everything in the kitchen is supplied. Any questions can be asked on day of viewing. We are looking for the right candidate so only serious enquires thank you . Please note we live on the lake and have a smoking pit where you can smoke. |
