| House rental available June 1st in a perfect location on Highway 3 in Martins River. Close to Exit 10 on Highway 103, close to the towns of Mahone Bay, Blockhouse, Lunenburg, Bridgewater and Chester. House has its own civic number, electricity meter, driveway and parking area. House is a 1 level open concept living with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom. Bathroom only has a shower. House has its own small backyard with washing line. House is on a shared property with the landlord. Included appliances are: stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Rental also includes: kitchen table, chairs, coffee table, kitchen island and small storage tables in the kitchen. House has been cleaned and emptied other than the things listed above, tenant will be responsible for furnishing the remainder of the house. The house has a Mitsubishi heat pump that was installed in 2013 as well as electric heat. Utilities are not included, tenant responsible for paying all expenses of the house except taxes. We are looking for quiet and respectful long-term responsible tenants. We are quiet people who enjoy the outdoors, we do not party and are very respectful of other people and other peoples property.
