| Looking for a roommate to take over my roommates half of the lease in our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment in Newport Station, only 10min from Windsor! In the pictures it is my bedroom and my bathroom. The room you would be getting is actually a tad bigger than mine and your bathroom is in your room and also bigger than mine with a bigger vanity. Only thing we would share is the kitchen and the living room space. Preferably one female and preferably no pets as I already have a kitten. Must be very clean and have proof of income/full time job. Your half of the rent every month would be $1100 + half of the power bill that comes out every two months. Wifi is additional as well but can be added for around $28 a month.
