Available now until July 31 (and potentially beyond) I’m looking for a clean, quiet, responsible young professional or student who loves Golden Retriever puppies. He’s 16 months old and requires more attention than I have time for. Single occupancy only The whole space is 2500 square feet, and you’d be sharing it with only one other person (me). Furnished Most of the home is newly renovated. Heat pumps provide heating and air conditioning The bedroom, bathroom and gym are all south-facing, so they get a lot of sun. Close to bus routes The floor in the bathroom is heated. The gym has a smart TV, Bowflex, treadmill, and 4 person infrared sauna The deck is very big and has a BBQ, table set, awning, loungers and dog pool The backyard has a stream, pond with fish and frogs, pond deck, and firepit. Street parking, but off-street parking will be arranged during winter parking bans. Finding the right fit is important to me so please message me with a bit about yourself.
