The home has 4 bedrooms (my own, your own, and two others with 1 friendly chocolate lab), It is conveniently located near Bus Routes 84 and 82 and within 5-minute walking distance of essential amenities, but parking space Is limited. While I do like to have fun as much as the next guy, I work two jobs from home, so I am looking for someone who can be respectful of that and is well past the "party hardy" stage of their life.
