This apartment is in the perfect location, close to both Dalhousie campuses, SMU campus, and a 5 minute drive to downtown and grocery stores. Apartment appliances include in unit laundry, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. There is no parking available on site. Monthly rent is $1060 per room. Power is not included in the rent, but usually costs around $20-35 a month per person depending on usage. A security deposit of half the monthly rent will be required that will be returned at the end of the term if no damages have been made to the unit.
