We are currently looking for 2 Dalhousie, Saint Mary's, or NSCAD University students, or full-time professionals, for long-term contracts for two rooms in a 4-bedroom house. There is also the option to rent the entire house starting in September. The current tenants are two young gentlemen: one polite 3rd-year student and one energetic, respectful full-time professional worker. The house is within walking distance of SMU and Dalhousie, as well as parks, grocery stores, downtown bars and restaurants, and hospitals. This house has 2.5 stories, with a half bath on the main floor, a full bathroom on the main floor, and the master bedroom has a half bath as well. It includes a large backyard, a large kitchen, and a large, high-ceiling living room. Utilities are split among all occupants of the house. Utilities include power, water, and natural gas. A background check will be conducted. Three work/rental references are required. Only serious inquiries, please. *Currently, one tenant has a friendly dog until August 31.
