| **1 Bedroom Summer Sublet, $617 per month + $27 for wifi. Option to move in June 15 OR July 1** Hi! I’m subletting my room (UNFURNISHED) in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house close to the 4, 90, 7B, and 8 bus stops. It is a 5 min walk from the Halifax Commons and a 25 min walk from downtown. The unit is cat friendly. I currently live with 3 lovely roommates who will be living there all summer. They are quiet, friendly, and tidy. All 3 of them are students who are currently working various summer jobs. Accessibility: Our unit is on the ground floor, there are 4 steps up to the front door.
