I am looking for a roommate for this beautiful two bedroom apartment located in Three Mile Plains which is a ~5 minute drive to the town of Windsor and a 25-30 minute drive to Bedford. Easy 2min commute to the 101 highway from this location. This home is LGBTQ+ friendly! ️️⚧️Your lease will include: All included, wifi, utilities and parking. Large walk-in closet in the bedroom. Room and apartment is furnished and kitchen is full equipped. The bedroom comes with a TV and Amazon firestick, free Netflix. Large and beautiful back yard with fire pit and sitting areas under willow trees and apple trees. I am looking for someone who is clean, mature and respectful. No smoking inside apartment and no pets. This is a sublet. I am subletting this room until October, with option of staying longer if we get along well as the lease renews then. I am a single non binary student and part time worker. I am completing my last year in school and drive to and from Halifax most days of the week.
