This house is newly renovated, with a brand new oven and bath + shower combo, huge yard for birdwatching through the windows, 2 min from bus stop to downtown. We rent from Queen's University itself, so maintenance is always available and fast if needed. The photos don't do this house justice, it really is a stunning location.
