| Two professional adults with 2 children, 8 and 16yrs. Looking in west end so we are close to both our jobs and close to my sons school who has special needs and cannot be switched to another school at this time. We have a dog and 2 cats; very friendly and trained. A garage and/or an unfinished basement would be great for storage and work space, but not mandatory. Would prefer 2 bathrooms but are trying not to be too picky, we just ask for a safe place to call home. We pray in hopes something will come along soon. The house/townhouse can be a fixer upper as my partner specializes in carpentry and likes to keep busy on his time off and would love to work on a house project if interested. I am a professional healthcare worker and artist (painter). Willing to pay more than what’s posted but cannot exceed $3000 unless utilities are included. We do own our own washer and dryer.
