| I am a young single woman in school part-time/working full time and use my home as a rest space and a study space. I’m looking for a roommate - someone who is similar, who enjoys a quiet house but also likes to make a homey space. I am an extremely clean and neat person and am looking for the same traits in a roommate. The location of this house is ideal; completely central to all uptown amenities, located on a quiet dead-end street in the old neighborhoods of Waterloo. Only one block away from uptown Waterloo and one parking lot away from Waterloo Park. Walking distance to uptown Waterloo and also downtown Kitchener. 15-20 minute walk to both the University of Waterloo and Laurier and close to bus stations, LRT and Go Train station. The apartment also has a driveway parking spot available for $100/month. House layout: - 4 floor house (listing pertains to the top two floors) - attic bedroom upstairs (my room) - main floor has single bedroom (room for rent) with a separate but shared tub/shower bathroom The space is smoke free and pet free. |
